It's fair time here in Abilene, yesterday we had to have the 4-H photography entries in although the open classes and the rest of things don't really kick off until Wednesday. Jessica garnered the mentioned ribbons on her photos and so has one on the way to State Fair now! YEAH!
Sara and the King candidate for our club spent the afternoon making posters for the vehicle they will be riding in and today is their interviews. After church we'll come home and she'll get her hair fixed, and into a formal. They have professional portraits taken and then the interview, Thursday is the parade and then the "coronation" at the rodeo. She was able to borrow a vintage dress from the fashion musuem to wear in the parade as well!
